The hotel was located in a great spot, close to town and the river. the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with comfy beds and high-quality linens. the spa facilities were fantastic, with a large pool, sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi. the hotel also provided complimentary drinks and fruits in the spa area, which was a nice touch.
The restaurant service could have been better, with some dirty glasses and cutlery being used. the menu options were also fairly limited.

I recently stayed at this exceptional hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short stroll into the center of town. The staff were friendly and professional, with special mentions to Cedric and David who provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, reflecting the hotel's history as a former cognac distillery. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the thoughtful touches in the room to the complimentary beverages and fruits offered at the spa. Speaking of the spa, it was amazing with a large pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offered stunning views of the surrounding area and a perfect spot for pre or post-dinner drinks. I highly recommend a couple of nights stay here.
Nothing, all excellent! 👌
